Designed to look, feel, and operate like a regular door, the Personal Access Flood Door (PAFD) delivers a lockable, flood-protected point of entry and exit once closed, ensuring reliable protection up to the designated flood level without compromising daily use. Flood Doors may be custom designed with partial or full perimeter sealing.

Manufactured for long-term durability, the door and frame are corrosion-resistant and supplied pre-hung for efficient installation. Multiple concealed fixing points securely anchor the door while maintaining a clean architectural finish. Standard hardware is compatible, with optional handles, locking systems, glazing and self-closing mechanisms available. Doors and frames can be supplied in a range of colours to suit site requirements.
Custom-Engineered for Each Site
Standard PAFD designs provide water-resistant sealing up to 900 mm. For flood heights greater than 900 mm, custom-engineered solutions are available, incorporating alternative construction methods and hardware configurations tailored to site-specific requirements. Solutions can be developed for both greenfield and brownfield applications, ensuring integration with new or existing structures.
